Responsibilities:Build, handle and improve custom reports with detailed performance metrics to identify, supervise and improve data consistency and reporting.Ownership of maintaining & delivering regular reports to the partners.Partner with US Web Analytics team for insight generation towards Adobe Digital Experience business.Work closely with the team to ensure what you are producing is meeting partner requirements.Support the team leads in their deeper-analytics needs through ad hoc and cadenced reporting.Work to help improve customer experience across various touchpoints on Business.adobe.comAbility to draw insights / hypothesis from dashboards, and present to the audience.Ability to build new data sets or aggregate data from existing tables for analysisAbility to understand complexity of different business processes and being able to translate / drive action / anticipate and automate reoccurring asksAnalyze diverse data (besides the raw numbers) and draw concrete conclusionsLook after ambiguity, ability to read between the lines and understand the real request / problemDrives online analytics and provides bi-weekly progress updates Job Requirements & Qualifications:Experience of 2 – 4 years in Digital/Web Analytics role.Must have skill- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Analysis Workspace, Excel / PPT and SQL.Knowledge of Power BI, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Python skills are plusWorked on building sophisticated dashboards (Power BI is a plus)Handled large data setsIdeal candidate has the curiosity and work ethic to do the hard yards & dive into datasets to narrate a story, Insights generation and providing vital recommendations.With an innovative and analytical mind set, experience to interpret user journey and web experience data before translating it to a variety of audiencesAbility to learn the vital core skills and be an authority within stipulated timeAbility to collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient outcome.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
