We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The Opportunity  Japan DMe (Digital Media) Sales Operations team is responsible for helping define the strategy and operations and support superior execution by the sales organization. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you drive sales strategy, analytics, and operational supports that impact the entire Japan DMe business. You are able think analytically and drive data and insights critical to the business. You would be a trusted business advisor that serves as critical member of our field organizations, driving operational rigor, go-to-market planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in data & analytics, building complex Excel models and leveraging BI reporting while being able to effectively communicate with Internal stakeholders and our partners for efficient and effective operational supports.  What you'll Do  Work as a key member of Strategy and Operations, providing timely sales analytics. Drive business change by developing a keen understanding of the business, identifying core focus areas through data driven insights, and building trust with business partners. Manage Price/Promotion information, Ordering System, and Renewal Opportunity information working with HQ, Sales Team, and Partners. Actively identify operational issues and design solutions to make business flow better for the sales teams.Work closely with other members of Strategy and Operations to share knowledge, methodologies and facilitate standardization across the field organization.Collaborate with other organizations on an as needed basis (i.e. IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc…). What you need to succeed  Minimum 3+ years related work experience in Sales Operations/Sales Support, Marketing, or Sales Finance are required.Strong quantitative analytical skills including Excel expertise and BI Tool Knowledge are required.Database knowledge and experiences (incl. SQL) are required.Highly autonomous and pro-activeness with minimum supervisionSophisticated communication skills to understand the needs of internal/external stakeholders and to overcome the difficult situation via negotiation/trade-off/break through.Ability to control multi-tasks under pressure with focus and privatization as well as Project Management related skills.  Native in Japanese and Business proficiency in English language level.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
