We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The Opportunity The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide essential administrative support to the Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Communications who oversees communications, events, social media, and corporate social responsibility efforts across all of Adobe's businesses. You will work closely with senior management teams, prioritize and coordinate both internal and external communication endeavors. Successful candidates will have a history of maintaining confidentiality, exercising judicious decision-making in varied situations, and a preference for working within a fast-paced environment.What you'll Do Managing and coordinating intricate calendars, schedules, and project timelines across multiple teams, resolving scheduling issues and handling logistics for time-sensitive situations and international collaborations.Maintaining high levels of confidentiality and discretion related to corporate activities and decisions.Building and fostering cross-functional relationships, supporting internal executive and external outreach.Providing timely responses to communications across various channels, with contact potentially occurring outside normal business hours.Representing Adobe in a positive light through prompt follow-through, sound judgment, and excellent communication.Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing expense reports for executives.Managing team access to shared databases, handling purchase orders, and coordinating team events, including offsites and all hands meetings.Creating and editing agendas, reports, and other documents to support organizational objectives.Managing equipment, software, and office issues, and maintaining department communications and materials.What you need to succeed Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting senior executives, preferably within a high-tech environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams), Slack, and familiarity with Concur or other expense-reporting softwareFlexibility to work outside normal business hours as dictated by business needsExperience with international travel, passport, and visa management strongly preferredAbility to work on-site 3-5 days a week, with occasional travel to other office locationsDemonstrated capacity to work autonomously, handle complex assignments, and show initiative and follow-throughA passion for the field of Communications coupled with meticulousness, remarkable organizational skills, and precise written and verbal communication.Displays an appetite for learning, along with a solid acumen in business judgment and discernment, adept at identifying and setting priorities with rational decision-making.An outstanding communicator who confidently engages with professionals across various levels.Embodies the 'lean in' mentality, demonstrating flexibility, being an exceptional teammate with a positive demeanor, preserving calm in high-pressure situations.Brings an abundance of energy to the table, with creative problem-solving skills that allow them to thrive in evolving environments, think innovatively, maintain equilibrium amidst numerous priorities, and offer swift responses.Always on a quest for knowledge, demonstrating a hunger to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, ideas, and skills as necessitated by evolving team's needs.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $68,800 -- $146,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
