We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The Opportunity Adobe’s Mid-Market team is looking for a hardworking, proactive Account Manager to ensure that the needs of our Mid-Market clients are being supported. The Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of Adobe's existing client relationships. Measures of success include revenue delivered vs. targets, up-sell, cross-sell and optimization effectiveness, client satisfaction and retention levels, and contribution to overall sales team and business unit. We are looking for an account manager who can demonstrate a history of quota over-achievement and deep customer relationships.What You'll Do Maintaining and growing existing client base including expansion of new offerings.Developing a deep expertise and understanding of Adobe's Enterprise Term agreements (Digital Media Products) Conditions of Service, Commercial Terms and Adobe's standards for pricing and negotiating renewals.Presenting and consulting on different contract models and guide our clients through the migration processConverting customer challenges into new opportunitiesEngaging with Adobe end users, distributors and resellers, secure Purchase orders on time and improve revenue through Renewals and True-Ups.Engaging with Product Specialists and Solution Consultants to drive additional growth in the assigned territoryEngaging with business partners in sales, finance, etc. to resolve issues raised by Customers or partners related to anniversary paymentsSecuring and validating Purchase orders on time, driving maximum booking rates overallHandling the opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely updates to management on progress and outlookAttaining quarterly targets for bookings, timely bookings and overall revenue goalsWhat You Need To Succeed Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a numerate, technical or business disciplineAn excellent sales track record selling Enterprise SoftwareExperience achieving a sales quota of at least $0.8m annually and comfortable with leading $100k+ dealsCreativity, Integrity, Strong team playerFluency in English (other language as a plus)Experience in a similar /related function (e.g. Inside Sales, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Services Renewals Sales/Operations)Strong numeracy skills, including intermediate or better familiarity with Microsoft ExcelExperience in operating in an (external) customer facing environment (telephone/email based)Competence with reporting and information management tools, including MS Excel and Salesforce or similar analytical and information management applications.Should approach work with solutions-oriented attitude with attention to detail and stay productive under pressure or in ambiguous circumstances.Experience in a role demonstrating excellent time management, able to analyze workload and prioritize time based on changing prioritiesExceptional organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAs our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
