Tasked with empowering a global cross-functional marketing ecosystem with strategic guidance, our team plays a crucial role in the development, execution, and optimization of the integrated marketing efforts that drive revenue for the Adobe Experience Cloud business world-wide. The marketing ecosystem relies on our team to ensure marketing programs are aligned to a unified strategy and reflect the latest on audience insights, performance analysis, product roadmap and value prop adjustments, to name a few. It's an exciting time to be joining the DX Marketing organization, as we set our sights on accelerating our already notable growth trajectory, over the coming years.What you'll doEach Portfolio Marketer on the team is responsible for: Proactively staying current with (a) the latest industry trends & audience insights (b) internal shifts to roadmaps, priorities, value props (c) feedback from marketing & sales ecosystemsBridge the gap between strategy and execution, by synthesizing industry needs to deliver campaign strategies that provide clarity, focus, and insight to functionally specialized marketing teamsDiagnosing issues and prescribing corrective actions, through a deep understanding marketing and revenue generation, from awareness to bookings and retentionHelping the ecosystem bring the DX portfolio's value prop to life, through engaging storytelling, messaging, and content across the multitude of marketing & sales channels that make up the DX customer journeyWhat you need to succeed5+ years' experience in marketing strategy or equivalent practical experience.MBA preferredExperience with Public Sector (Government) requiredA proven understanding of the demand engine – tactics, channels, and how the engine activates content to support GTM needsExperience conducting performance analysis to diagnose root causes to any pipeline, bookings, and renewal issues, and creating action plans to remedy.Flexible mindset. The ability to adjust to fast-paced changes in the market, marketing/sales organization, and/or Adobe prioritiesStorytelling and messaging expertise. Bringing a technical topic to life in an engaging way that resonates with the audience in partnership with content strategistsEmpathy for prospects & customers. Advocating for their needs & challenges as different elements of the marketing plan are designed and launched.An ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization to act as an educator, collaborator, and trusted partnerExcellent communication, prioritization, and problem solving skills. Ability to synthesize diverse inputs and drive the ecosystem's attention to what matters mostOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,100 -- $200,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
