Qualified candidates will have solid experience in UI and visual design, strong animation skills, a passion for UX as well as ability to communicate their thoughts through effective visual storytelling. This is an exciting, dynamic and challenging design environment best suited to passionate self-starters. Our ideal candidate is a smart, articulate and curious innovator who solves complex business problems while always advocating for the needs of the end-user.What you'll doCreate animated and highly visual stories, conceptual storyboards, functional prototypes, high-fidelity UIs and beautiful key visuals using the range of Adobe creative productsIterate on UX solutions and strategies that address business goals of the DSS organizationDrive strategic consideration of the world-class customer experiences driven by Adobe Experience, Document and Creative CloudsMap out current and future customer experiences with a keen understanding of enterprise workflowsShare your unique skillset, knowledge and energy with the teamCollaborate with fellow designers, developers, product owners and other rolesWhat you need to succeedAt least 5 years work experience as a UI/UX designer, product, graphic or motion designerStrong visual/communication design backgroundProven ability to translate insights into design solutions within the tech, business or resource constraints using a variety of techniques – from the low-key wireframes to immersive animationsExpert knowledge of Adobe CC tools (Adobe XD, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)Strong sense of collaboration, thriving in cross-disciplinary environmentsEmbracing change and ambiguity as an opportunity for innovation and growthSelf-directed, yet highly cooperative and flexible workstyle within the local and global (remote) teamsA top-notch portfolioStrong command of written and spoken English and PolishNice to have3D experience, AR/VR interestIllustration skillsKnowledge about front-end developmentGenuine, mature personality, who welcomes constructive feedback and can give it as wellAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
