As the Journey Office & Assembly Team Manager, you will be responsible for two teams of experts.1. The Journey Team, which consists of a lead as well as several groups of coaches that will help capture and document requirements.2. The Assembly team is the production team where the ‘build’ happens; working with the customer to gather final assets, build out the experience, test, and deploy.What you'll Do CustomersWork closely with the customer to manage the work, expectations, and ensure quality deliverables. Fine tune processes to ensure requirements are clearly captured and minimize additional cycles to fine tune business, technical and functional requirements – ultimately speeding up the time from ideation to execution.For the assembly team, work closely with the customer during the assembly process to ensure proper testing is complete and roll-out happens in a coordinated GTM manner.Manage the assembly team, ensure white glove treatment.  Ensure processes are rolled out and followed to reduce errors, ensure timely deployment and the tracking of success.Provide feedback to the customers on the effectiveness of their programs.  Recommend ways to fine-tune when needed.People LeadershipProvide feedback around the coaching process to ensure that Adobe comes to the table with a proactive and prescriptive approach.Continue to grow the abilities of our Adobe team by mentoring and coaching on the tools and processes.Work with onshore and offshore resources on key deliverables.  Providing clear direction around deliverables, timelines, and ownership.Knowledge & SolutionsCollaborate closely with peers in the Capability Office and Scrum teams; suggest and modify processes and templates to improve information collection.Bring ideas to the table; proactively share best practices and industry insights with the customer.What you need to succeed Ability to think creatively.Process oriented; able to scale the team and operations.Work well with a larger team.Ability to simplify the complex.Consulting and customer service and expertise.Ideally, someone with Telcom industry knowledge.At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. The U.S. pay range for this position is $205,600 -- $380,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
