The impact of the work will be increased product use and an even more engaged creative community where customers connect to support and learn from each other.We are seeking an exceptional, customer-focused candidate who has:Interest in building community and how it can help to grow a businessA love for Adobe's products and communityEmpathy for next gen designers and communicatorsAn understanding of social media, video, live-streaming or content strategyA grounding in analytics and knowledge of how to use data to shape content strategyExperience leading customer research, usability research, or other modes of customer inquiryExperience working in product growth or marketing growth roles, including testing and optimizationWhat You'll DoHelp us build out our short media strategy to grow active communities - Tap into a dedicated network of community members and bring their stories to life through short media in a way that builds overall community engagementHelp us refine our platform strategy to reach next generation audiences - Help define the right platforms where next gen audiences congregate and strategy for which content vehicles will be most engagingConduct user research and growth experiments to increase community and product engagement - Build a research-informed test roadmap to strengthen community funnelBuild insider communities to inform product roadmaps and seed advocates - Engage with inner circles of Adobe’s customers to get feedback on emerging offerings. Partner with product and marketing teams to inform roadmapsAssist with production of community content as needed - Product short media content as needed to support above strategies.What You'll Need to SucceedCurrently enrolled in a full time MBA program and graduating between December 2023 – June 2024Knowledge of Adobe community and tools and understanding of what makes great authentic Adobe community content and interactionsExperience with social media and virtual communities (gaming, virtual learning communities, or other creative communities a plus)Thoughtful, supportive outlook to set the tone for community and people who are looking to build creative skillsFocus and persistence - ability to drive action in a complex multi-stakeholder environmentFlexible, start-up mentality that is willing to wear many hatsBonus: A background in product management, user experience research or technical aspects of community platformsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $92,800 -- $161,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
