The OpportunityReporting to the Director of Sales Strategy and Operations for Americas DME B2B org, this manager will own the operating cadence for the B2B GTM motion for the DMe Field Organization. This role will be directly responsible for strategic operational programs to drive sales productivity, capacity planning and efficiencies for the WW direct and channel sales organization.This role sits in one of the fastest growing parts of the Adobe business, and we are excited about the impact from this new hire!What You'll DoDrive sales optimization by analyzing trends across the business and turning data into insights to accelerate the businessHelp manage annual and quarterly financial and capacity planning processesWork cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, pricing, PMM and other organizations to drive initiatives globallyProvide strategic and tactical support to the field organization and drive repeatability, predictability, and scalabilityTrack and report all key performance indicators, goals, efficiency, and trend analyses during regular business reviews.Establish relationships within Adobe to solve complex customer problemsDrive alignment of sales leadership, finance, and the executive team around incentive compensation plansEnsure the integrity of data by proactively evaluating data integrity, identifying corrective measures, and driving remedial action in partnership with sales leaders, field operation and business systems teams.What You’ll Need to SucceedCurrently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2023 – June 2024Exceptional social skills; demonstrates effective listening, probing and investigatory skills with the ability to synthesize data collected and identify the root problem causes and drive resolution.Strong presentation, communication and relationship building skills.Strong accountability and drive for results.Highly organized with excellent attention to detailCapable of working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously.Expertise with CRM systems such as Salesforce.Experience with Tableau or other BI/analytics tools.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $73,900 -- $167,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
