The Opportunity The Adobe Identity system is a foundational component of our cloud business platform, ensuring consistent experiences enabled by a high-quality back end. You will be part of a strong team of product managers passionate about Adobe’s Identity solutions and will represent the Identity Team and initiatives across business and technical leaders.What You'll Do Leverage your data-driven decision-making, strategic thought leadership and partner managementUnderstand the business needs of platforms as well as various applications, driving the product planning cycle as it relates to services related to specific service capabilities.Deliver measurable requirements and acceptance criteria to engineering teams.Embrace expectations across customers, business, development teams, IT, Ops, Legal, Privacy, Security, and customer success.What You'll Need to succeed Currently enrolled in a full time MBA program and graduating between December 2023 - June 2024At least 2+ years of previous relevant experienceNatural tendencies include planning long term and executing short term, data obsession, critical thinking, and systems thinkingAbility to influence senior leaders regarding product vision, roadmap and work backlog priorities and trade-offsInterest in data analytics, data science, and data-driven decision makingAbility to align business requirements with product and engineering execution for both service based business models and business driversPassion for platform architectures and client/service experiencesOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $187,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
