In this role, you will partner with development, product, design, data analytics, and marketing teams to drive the end-to-end goals and success of your product or technical area. You will provide visibility and increase the predictability of delivery to drive processes to scale. We realize that new insights can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!What You'll DoBuild relationships across other program teams in order to understand business needs and find opportunities for closer collaboration and efficiency gainResponsible to coordinate deliverables for key milestones of multi-team cloud development programServe as a single point of contact for all project related aspectsClosely collaborate across teams to manage dependencies and drive alignment; work with partner teams to define schedules and plansTrack and report progress to plan, identify and communicate risks and provide mitigation optionsSet up and actively track the DVA JIRA Epics and TasksEffectively manage and communicate change and risk. Own communication and manage critical situations and escalationsHelp coordinate and organize for teams; build reference materials, assist with VP level meetings, and set up additional touchpoints as neededEnsure each team has the information and processes they need to be successfulWhat You’ll Need to SucceedCurrently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2023 – June 2024Previous experience as a program/project manager in a development or engineering teamFamiliarity with JIRA and ConfluenceFamiliarity with the Agile frameworkStrength in multitaskingStrength in evaluating process and workflowsHigh verbal and written communication skillsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,400 -- $179,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
