The OpportunityWhat You’ll Do Manage all enablement data and KPI reporting across business segmentsManage all enablement logistics including workshop scheduling, communications, and evaluationsWrite communications that is elegant, clear, concise, and persuasive that excites and encourages learnersBuild learning program/project briefs in partnership with business partners ensure learning outcomes reflects the needs and requirements of our learnersResponsible for PMO process design, execution and quality controlSupport program wide activity coordination, as related to handled PMO Processes (e.g. Timeline Analysis and re-forecasting program achievements)Drive continuous improvement based on lessons learned from operationalizing key program processes and standardsWhat You Need to SucceedBachelors degree in Communication, Business, or similar field required0-2 Number of years of experience in in a Project or Program Management type roleExposure to conducting analysis to provide recommendations to business partnersAbility to communicate complicated analysis in a simple way to influence individualsGreat interpersonal communication, collaboration, and presentation skillsSkilled in collecting, prioritizing, and responding to input from multiple sources (field sales, business partners, product marketing, sales operations, etc.)Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $76,800 -- $146,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
