This position will report to the Senior Finance Manager and will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and reporting all financial metrics. They will also play a critical part in crafting strategic business objectives, influencing management decisions, leading change, standardizing methodologies, and challenging the status quo. The finance team celebrates understanding the big picture, and this role will balance deep financial reporting and oversight, with strategic investigation and analysis. If this sounds like you, we look forward to hearing from you!What you’ll doHeadcount and expense management supporting and consolidating Strategy, Design & Emerging Products organization that drives product design, long-term company-wide strategy, new acquisitions, and rapidly evolving incubation productsPrepare, consolidate, and contribute to executive presentations, telling the story of business performance and risks & opportunities, and applying high impact visuals with compelling insightsDrive critical resourcing decisioning & support via project-based headcount assignments, understand the key business priorities and initiatives, and have a clear understanding and point of view to influence where investments should be madeInfluence and align with cross-functional teams to drive short-term and long-term financial planningWork asynchronously with the India Center of Excellence team and articulate the financial story at a high level but also with detailed knowledgeOpportunity to generate and lead projects to drive automation, reducing time to deliver, while increasing accuracy applying Robotic Process Automation, Gen AI, or PowerBIWhat you need to succeedPositive attitude, collaborative, and comfort in a heavily matrixed environment that changes as the business evolvesSolid hands-on experience with financial modeling, forecasting trend, and variance analysisStrong analytical and communication skills to articulate key business and the financial implications/business impactHigh attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and self-starter who is passionate about continuous improvementAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential and experience in Anaplan, PowerBI, and Tableau are preferred; advanced programming (SQL, Python, R, etc.) is a plusPreferred qualificationsBachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; CPA/MBA preferred, but not required8-10 years of FP&A (or related) experience requiredOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $108,600 -- $213,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
