Some of the great benefits include health insurance, global days off, wellness fund, parental leave, access to our Employee Stock Purchase Program and programs designed to help you continue to build your career.We also proudly empower our employees to get involved with corporate social responsibility and offer a broad range of opportunities to enable you to make a bigger impact through philanthropy, employee, and community engagement.We know that people are the differentiator in our business, and that's why we want to meet you!A bit more about youThe Sr. Business Development Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) tasked with building new sales pipeline through prospecting and qualification of high-value accounts.You will have a chance to create a significant impact in the success of an important business unit within Adobe, an Opportunity to build a high-performing team from the ground up and play a pivotal role in the relaunching of a critical demand generation engine for the Asia Sales organisation.What You’ll DoBuild strong business relationships with all collaborators (AEs, Sales Managers/Directors, Marketing Managers/Directors, etc.) to deliver company goals, vision and strategyOperate on a solid foundation of operational excellence, strategic alignment and efficient practicesEnsure opportunities being generated by BDRs are of the highest quality and will survive through to bookingDrive performance against individual targets for team members, conduct ongoing regular mentoring & performance evaluationsDrive the use of a variety of channels such as social media, internet, web-based tools & outbound calling for pipeline generationSupport and mentor your team on outbound prospecting techniques including support on email template generationWhat You Need to Succeed:10+ years SaaS technology industry experience and 5+ years’ experience leading Sales or Business Development teams in Enterprise organisationsComfortable coaching sales professionals on all aspects of business development including call coaching, professional email writing, objection handling, strategic planning, etc.Ability to create and run frameworks to successfully lead BDRs that are embedded in cross-functional “pod” team structure with sales and marketingExperience with enterprise selling motions in sophisticated multi-product businesses with high value deal sizesExperience in leading diverse remote teams across different regions and experience levelsBilingual will be a bonus – Mandarin, Korean or BahasaAdobe for AllAdobe strives to create an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development based on their personal goals.
