Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.We have a fantastic opportunity at our Adobe site in Munich to lead our BDR Team for the region CENTRAL.The challengeAdobe’s BDR team is responsible for creating net new business pipeline for the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products. As leader of this team you will be responsible for the ongoing management of the BDR team which is a combination of internal BDRs and agency BDRs. You will ultimately be responsible for encouraging the team to engage with new prospects, understand their business needs & goals and creating well qualified pipeline for Field Sales. You will work closely with Field Sales, Marketing and the rest of the Adobe ecosystem to achieve the Central BDR target and help drive the next wave of growth for the Adobe Experience Cloud.  What You’ll DoLead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDR’s) both internal and external in qualifying opportunities to achieve/exceed pipeline generation targets through Inbound Marketing sourced leads (AQL’s) and outbound targeted campaign executionDevelop and improve the stakeholder experience within Adobe; establishing and aligning with various cross functional Senior Management relationships in order to continue improving the services expected from the Business Development TeamBuild strong business relationships with all stakeholders (AEs, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Country Managers) to deliver company goals, vision and strategyAlign with the Sales Organisation to ensure BDR pipeline generation efforts are in line with their team expectationsDrive performance against individual targets for team members, conduct ongoing regular coaching & performance evaluationsReport regularly to Local Leaders regarding the performance of the BDR's in lead qualification, furnishing them with statistics of leads qualified plus information on forecast pipelineDrive the use of a variety of channels such as social media, internet, web-based tools & outbound calling for pipeline generationSupport and Coach on outbound prospecting techniques including support on email template generationAct as ambassador at all times for the BDR's within AdobeWhat You Need To SucceedMinimum 1-2 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development Management with knowledge of SaaS applications a distinct advantagePeople Management experience with the ability to inspire & lead early stage sales talent to achieve pipeline goalsExemplify personal drive, determination, process excellence, and the highest of ethical standards.Have a proven track record in in Business DevelopmentStrong understanding of business, how company management make buying decisions can example to teams the power of understanding influences decisions makers etc.Ability to influence and build credibility with internal stakeholdersCare about Adobe’s customer & prospects best interests and acts as an internal advocate for the Business Development GroupExcellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills essentialFluency in German & English is essentialAs our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
