The OpportunityAdobe is seeking a University Graduate to work within our Service Management Tooling team. The successful candidate will help lead critical projects to completion, have analytical abilities to understand the scope and details of the business needs, communicate effectively with internal partners throughout the organization, and provide critical thinking skills to the strategic vision to help Adobe harmonize and improve its overall Service Management practice.This role requires a solid technical background in enterprise public and private cloud SaaS delivery at scale, experience supporting development teams working within an agile framework, and a consistent track record of delivering results on schedule. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, possess the ability to tackle problems, the potential to lead others, and be able to see the big picture while remaining diligent to details.What You’ll Do You will have a deep understanding of product strategy and operational business needs to drive multi-functional alignment and delivery of product roadmap. You will help craft and deploy processes and practices for efficient engagement, progress visibility, and act as information hub for all collaborators.Partner with Cloud Operations and Adobe Service Management leaders and their teams to deliver product strategy and execution of supporting plans, programs, processes, and associated activitiesFacilitate the organization and completion of critical initiatives, address business issues, define solutions, facilitate approval and implementationDrive semi-annual product roadmap planning and translate business requirements into development tasks, working in close collaboration with Engineering teamsTake a portfolio view of all plans to prioritize activities, optimize outcomes and accelerate deliveryWhat You Need to SucceedBachelors degree, or higher, in computer science, program management, or a relevant fieldFamiliar with Agile/Scrum development methodologyExcellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills with bias towards customer-and-data-first decision making approachExceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize and structure strategic issues in a concise way with shown capabilities of engaging with people at all levels of the organizationHistory of being a self-starter, resourceful, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing objectivesProficiency in Wiki, Jira, SharePoint, Workfront, and MS Office tools preferredOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $73,200 -- $142,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
