We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! As a Senior member of the Digital Media (DMe) Pricing Operations Team, you will play a key leadership role in bringing to market the business decisions for Adobe’s fastest growing portfolio of products. In this role, you will work with upstream business partners, such as Product Marketing Managers and Business Model Strategy Managers, to influence and optimize product strategy, ensuring its successful flow through our downstream business processes. Key goals for this role would be to collaborate with technical operations, revenue accounting, deal desk, order management, sales operations, legal counsel, customer care, and cloud tech, among others, to seek business problems, knock down operational barriers, and improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.What you'll DoPrimary Pricing Operations business partner across PMM, BMS, Buying Programs, ABP, BU Finance, Revenue Assurance, Legal, and Product Delivery.Influence pricing strategies on new & existing products to reach new customers and drive value expansion, ensuring successful implementation through all downstream quote-to-cash processes.Build project plans to implement business decisions, including key landmarks, and drive progress to achieve project goals and timelines.Lead projects cross-functionally and optimally communicate to all upstream/downstream partners to ensure understanding of strategy, project plan, and impacts.Understand all pricing programs and ensure their accurate, consistent implementation. Build, implement, and manage SKUs and pricing to support DMe launches and programs.Effectively apply best-practice governance and audit controls for approvals and pricing practices.Coordinate and support operational aspects of the DMe product lifecycle.Troubleshoot pricing anomalies and inconsistencies.Regularly evaluate existing processes, procedures, and operational challenges. Identify and implement cross-functional operational improvement and adopt standard methodologies (processes, tools, etc.) to improve efficiency and effectiveness.What you need to succeed      Bachelor's Degree5+ years of experience in Operations or Finance, prioritizing and managing projects with accuracy and attention to detailConsistent track record of owning the outcome as you drive and prioritize projects in different states and processes, consistently achieving key goalsFlexible and creative mind-set, to drive standard methodology solutions to a wide variety of business and technical challengesConsultative background, including ability to influence cross-functional teams to rapidly reach effective solutions to business challenges.Excellent oral and written communication skills across audiencesIntermediate skills in toolsets including ExcelExperience with SAP a plus!Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $101,600 -- $192,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
