You will lead a talented, cross-functional team consisting of Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Writers. You will work closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and drive product execution. Your deep understanding of the global Alternative Finance ("Alt-FI") Lending Industry, coupled with your expertise in SaaS product management, will be instrumental in shaping the future of our product and solidifying out position as the go-to solution for alternative lenders across the world.A Typical Day:Lead the Product Management function for our Alt-FI Lending SaaS offering.Develop and execute the product roadmap, incorporating marketing trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.Collaborate closely with engineering, support, delivery, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation.Define and track key product metrics to measure success and guide product iterations.Build and support a high-performing product management team.Engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product enhancements.Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive product adoption, enable effective go-to-market strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love.
