As a learning-focused organization, you will be instrumental in driving India’s planning and delivery of Q2’s global talent development charter by building high energy, engaging facilitation experiences with attention to measurement and adaptability. This role’s responsibilities will work in close partnership with the Learning Center of Excellence to inform and align with global learning strategy. Future focus is required to take this high performing team to the next level by identifying learning opportunities based upon our evolving business. The successful candidate models results-focused approach to expand learning portfolio, grow impact across worldwide and provide ROI and measurement insights. Reporting to the VP, India Human Resources, this individual will represent this function and its team members to highlight the work and its progress, identify needs and support required, and provide sponsorship for the learning culture at Q2. In addition, the candidate will serve as a talent solutions learning consultant and partner closely with leaders and HR business partners to offer relevant, viable development solutions to address business needs. Operational responsibilities include communications planning, team budget management, collaboration with HRIS for tool support, vendor engagement, and annual planning activities. Partnership with the global learning team will be critical to understand both global and regional plans to drive scale and mitigate redundancy and duplication of efforts. The range of learning is broad and global in reach and will include the following: Onboarding/new hire, leadership training, team-based learning, technical and product training, soft skill development, compliance-specific coursework. RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive learning for the India-based team members connected to the US-based enterprise-wide design and strategy Manage team of talent development professionals that oversee their projects from inception to delivery Expand the learning portfolio through increased volume of coursework and will have experience leveraging multiple delivery mechanisms, including classroom, on-demand e-learning modules. Assess needs from the key business stakeholders and leadership to determine roadmap and investments Supplement the team’s instructional design and delivery roadmap with their own developed learning products and delivery Focus areas for this role include design, development and delivery (both face-to-face and virtual) of learning programs across the India organization Forward thinking with project plans that ensure buy-in from peers, leaders, and key stakeholders; Partner and consult with HR colleagues and other stakeholders to understand needs, create training plans, broker offerings with outside vendors as needed and assess impact Create and deliver products that can easily be implemented and supported globally; Operate with holistic view – able to see big picture with strong drive for delivery of high-quality work Research new eLearning tools, industry trends in learning design offering greater scale and efficiency worldwide Build, test and deliver high-quality interactive training to support our commitment to talent development and increase retention and transfer of both technical and non-technical subject matter Serve as project manager including daily logistics of executing programs including classroom/lab set up and breakdown, coordination of training facilities and materials, communication with trainees, and post-workshop collection of evaluation/feedback Manage and measure work through identification of objectives/goals and business outcomes, clear measurement models and closed loop feedback process driving continuous improvement Demonstrate commanding presence and expertise in the classroom that engages audiences Apply experiential learning principles and a “workshop mindset” to deliver transformative multi-modal opportunities for learning and grow our current portfolio (i.e., micro-learning, AR/VR, experiential learning hackathons, pod casts, etc.) Market learning solutions and tools broadly internally using a variety of communication vehicles Serve as extension to the learning and development team sharing and partnering with the US and international teams Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with People team as well as overall organization QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, education, instructional design, or a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 10 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience Suggested Typically requires 2-5 years managing and developing employees Experience working in a fast-paced environment Strong operational horsepower to lead communications, budget, managerial tasks Advise team on complex matters including future planning, evolving priorities, team needs Deadline focused, organized and able to prioritize multiple projects Deep understanding of adult learning theory, design and delivery Expert presentation and training facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional consulting and coaching skills for all levels within the organization Understands impact of emerging learning trends and their implications for and its customers Prior adult learning facilitation required Demonstrated engagements with leaders at all levels Proven problem solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently with solutions-focused approach Possibility of some international business travel to US or other locations as deemed necessary Health & WellnessHybrid & Remote Work Opportunities Flexible Time OffCareer Development & Mentoring ProgramsGenerous Retirement Benefit Plans, including a company-matching HSA program.Health & Wellness Benefits, including a 12-weeks of parental leave for eligible new parentsCommunity Volunteering & Company Philanthropy ProgramsEmployee Peer Recognition Programs – “You Earned it”How We Give Back to the Community:You can learn more about our Q2 Spark Program, Q2 Philanthropy fund, and our employee volunteering programs on our Q2 Community page.
