It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.The Role and the Team Proofpoint is looking for a senior product marketer to drive the go-to-market of Proofpoint’s Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) solutions as critical part of Proofpoint’s cybersecurity innovation strategy.The team is seeking a senior and experienced product marketing owner who is strategic, driven, flexible, and highly collaborative – even better if you can sprinkle some humor in your day-to-day.The Senior Product Marketing Manager covering ITDR will report to the Senior Director of Product MarketingDevelop deep understanding of customers and their buying journey and develop strong customer relationships where needed.Understand the evolving Identity and ITDR landscapeConduct competitive and market research to better support sales and go-to-marketDefine go-to-market priorities that drive revenue growthPlan launches of new innovative technologies and manage cross-functional execution of the planCreate compelling content and use cases that highlights differentiated value to reach the target buyersYour Day to DayDrive definition of go-to-market priorities that drive revenue growth for the ITDR business.Develop compelling, differentiated narratives that can represent Proofpoint Identity Threat Defense in a competitive market.Create joint marketing plans with marketing campaigns team to drive go-to-market prioritiesBuild strong working relationships with product, demand gen and sales to achieve business goalsStay up to date on ITDR and adjacent markets, including solid sense of competitive strategy.Create and deliver effective enablement content that helps sellers in the deal cyclesBuild strategic and concise launch plans to take new products and solutions to marketWhat you Bring8+ years of marketing, product marketing or product management experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS.Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must feel comfortable driving narratives and putting it in writing.Have a deep understanding of the security buyer and buyer journey.Have had experience in either ITDR, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privilege Access Management (PAM), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Extended Detection & Response (XDR), or related field.Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.Proven track of record of building and leading cross-functional go-to-market or launch effortsDemonstrated ability to work effectively across business, partner, and technical teams to deliver resultsSolid experience driving positioning that can influence senior leadership, sales, and cross-functional teams#LI-KE1 #LI-RemoteIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!Consistent with Proofpoint values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
