It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Location:Need to be within commutable distance to our Reading (Berkshire) based officeThe Role The Cybersecurity Triage Analyst will be primarily responsible for the daily monitoring and maintenance of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution(s), which encompasses the caring and administration of the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) environments, monitoring and responding to the DLP alerts generated from DLP policies and rules based on ongoing regulatory requirements and analysis of user business processes, workflows and user behavior.Tasks:Monitor DLP alerts generated from the DLP technologies to respond, triage, and escalate as needed. Analyze and investigate DLP tool alert patterns to properly interpret and prioritize data remediation efforts. Assist in identifying trends and support driving requirements aimed at improving and enhancing existing data loss prevention detection policies. Assist in the development and writing of DLP runbooks for incident responders.Review data logs to identify, investigate, document, and report on actions or behaviors as observed by other data loss prevention devices/technology that are considered risky, do not adhere to policies, or are otherwise deemed suspicious.Understand and follow the incident response process through event escalations.Respond to any escalations by the Incident Response team.
