That’s why we’re a leader in next-generation cybersecurity.Protection Starts with People.The Role and the Team The position reports to the Manager, Commissions and will collaborate with Finance, Sales, HR organizations to manage the monthly commissions payment process.As a point of contact for commission issue resolution from employees in sales you will consistently apply your understanding of the Proofpoint commission plan by ensuring Xactly commission calculations align within the plan guidelines and escalate issues as needed.Assist in onboarding new hires, promotions, and terminations in Xactly.Prepare reconciliations with attention to detail and accuracy for on-time commission processing within the close period; process adjustments.Participate in the accrual process for QTR MBO payout.Ensure internal controls are adhered to and provide support for applicable audits of processes, calculations, and payments. Create and maintain procedure documents needed to effectively manage compensation related tasks. Use your critical thinking skills to work with large data sets and generate various reports.Ability to build relationships to encourage continual process & systems improvements increasing workflow proficiency.Ad-Hoc Commission related duties as necessary. What you bring to the team An understanding of the common elements of variable incentive compensation practices.Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure while leveraging time management skills.Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, Index Match, etc.) coupled with the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze large data sets including building reports.Xactly SPM and Salesforce systems experience strongly preferred, as well as an understanding of Sales Operations/Order Management processes.PowerBI knowledge a plus but not required.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive compensation matters with discretion.Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes in high-growth environments, successfully adjusting priorities.Ability to work independently and play multiple project-related team roles.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal & written communication skills.3 + years of experience in sales commissions administration or business analysis at a high growth company (preferably SaaS)Degree in Finance or other business-related field or relevant experience#LI-RS1If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!Consistent with Proofpoint values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
