In today's landscape, identities have become new vulnerabilities, and Illusive aims to provide security teams with enhanced visibility into vulnerable identities scattered across organizations. As a Team Leader, you will have a significant impact on the development of this solution. Your responsibilities will include recruiting new team members, leading and mentoring a team of developers in implementing new features, supporting existing customers, and more.Your day-to-day Recruit and onboard new team members to expand and strengthen the development team.Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of the new features development. Mentor and guide team members, fostering their professional growth and development.Conduct regular code reviews and implement strategies to improve code quality and scalability.Support existing customers by troubleshooting issues and providing technical expertise.Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and other team leaders to define project requirements and deliverables.What you bring to the teamAt least 4 years of experience in leading backend development teamsProficiency in developing SaaS applications Strong background in Java developmentExperience in customer support Experience in recruiting and mentoring junior team members#LI-IB1If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
