People Solutions strives, every day, to meet the needs of our employees through continuously identifying and improving our strategy to deliver operational efficiency and an amazing employee experience. We are looking for a professional with a history of operations strategy design and implementation. We need a strong operational mindset to lead a global team that addresses complex employee inquiries that requires cross functional collaboration for efficient and timely resolution with a laser focus on an exceptional employee experience and customer service delivery.  You will be part of the global People Solutions team reporting to the GM, People Operations based in New York. What You Will Be Doing: Constantly evaluate, iterate on, and drive operational processes in a shared services environment with a sharp focus on process excellence and scalability.Lead the implementation, adoption, and refinement of a HR case management tool and processes to ensuring a sound and efficient operational infrastructure. Own the ongoing evolution of the people processes to ensure consistent, thoughtful, and high-quality operational processes. Research, design and manage processes for local markets and with (at times) global reach.Drive the people experience process with sound business decisions based on continuous analysis, experience, and judgement.Coach, develop and manage an experienced global team to motivate successful outcomes. Provide team with clear direction and leadership work assignments, process flow and decisions to drive continuous results.Actively communicate with key stakeholder to optimize relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction and glean focus areas for continuous employee experience enhancements.Consistently analyze metrics/KPIs, reporting/adherence to identify opportunities for improvement and design creative solutions.What You Bring To The Table: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.8-12 years of experience leading global Project Management, HR Operations, and/or Shared Services teams.Experience leading and implementing case management/digital transformation solutions in a People environment. At least 7 years of proven progressive leadership experience in situations requiring change and evolution in uncertain and ambiguous situations.Proven knowledge of HR and employment laws/regulations to inform continuous evolution of process design.A Driver personality with proven experience leading and building results-oriented, successful teams.Deep experience in developing foundational processes to support existing operations. Our Compensation and Benefits ( for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range.  The base salary range for this role is $121,500 -$222,800In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.  The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.  All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.  Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.  Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
