We value the unique experiences and perspectives that each person brings to The Trade Desk, and we are committed to fostering inclusive spaces where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work every day.So, if you are talented, driven, creative, and eager to join a dynamic, globally-connected team, then we want to talk!What you'll do:Process weekly AP payment runs, including processing of SUA (credit card) payments, ensuring ACH and WIRE payments are successful, researching rejections, if any, and review check payments accuracy prior to mailing.Act as resource for the AP team and if needed, assist AP Associate Manager with day-to-day AP operations, including but not limited to auditing invoice entries.Manage supplier maintenance including setting up new suppliers, processing vendor maintenance requests and changes, and ensuring vendors are assigned the appropriate business category in the vendor master system.Lead the exploration of tools to improve and automate processes related to supplier maintenance.Monitor and lead the day-to-day T&E operations, including Concur, P-Card, and Navan, ensuring all reviews and approvals are processed timely.Engage with end users of the Concur expense management platform and help with user escalations and follow-ups, slack channels and JIRA tickets included. Act as a backup in reviewing and processing NAMER employee expense reports through Concur.Lead user training on the Concur Expense tool and P-Card program, company policies and processes.Prepare analyses for use in budgetary and financial reporting processes, including, expense reporting statistics and expenditures.Purchasing Card Program Administrator: Responsible for issuing cards, raising credit card limits, and adherence to company policy is followed. Act as a backup for transaction approvals.Assist in Travel Management Program (Navan), and other upcoming T&E related programs; assist with sourcing activities.Assist with annual 1099 filing.Assist in ad-hoc / special projects as required, provide invoice entry support, as needed.Provide support for annual internal and external audits.Provide exceptional customer service to both our internal and external customers. The base salary range for this role is $20.00 -$34.00In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
