You will identify and pursue new identity and platform partnerships, manage existing relationships, negotiate deal terms and oversee integrations. You will support our identity products by prioritizing opportunities for investment and aligning opportunity with market demand and product resource. You will evangelize EUID and demystify the ever-evolving identity landscape in Europe. Success in this role means partnering cross functionally to help The Trade Desk improve our offerings today while building resilience for the future. The ideal candidate understands the ad tech privacy landscape in Europe and thrives in a fast-paced environment, will roll up their sleeves and comb through data, and is equally comfortable building relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients and partners.What you’ll do Partner Management Improve TTD’s graph, addressability, and integrations toolkit through investment and partnership in EMEA. Identify, evaluate, contract, onboard, and manage local identity and platform partners. Cross Functional Collaboration Connect the dots between Product, Privacy, Commercial, Inventory, and Data Partnerships team needs and priorities for the EMEA markets. Contribute to identity and platform product strategy through ongoing engagement with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams in addition to eliciting feedback from the Commercial organization. Coordinate and support Data Partnerships team members in driving adoption for EUID across audience, measurement, and retail workstreams. SME and Evangelist Be the go-to resource around EUID, graphs, first party data strategy, and privacy regulation in market. Develop regional and market specific messaging and narratives. Drive adoption for EUID, cross-device, and platform integrations through ongoing training and enablement of EMEA commercial teams. Support strategic client meetings as SME to help win or retain business, drive adoption for offerings, and/or provide through leadership on global and local TTD identity strategy. Who you are Several years of relevant experience in adtech/martech roles in a partner management or related discipline Knowledgeable of the identity landscape in Europe, keeping up with news, trends, and companies to watch Strong in contract negotiation and partner management Experienced in sales and/or partner enablement Self-motivated problem-solver comfortable wearing multiple and diverse hats Intellectually curious and forward thinking Proven communication, questioning and listening skills in formal and informal settings Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment with shifting priorities Ability to build excellent rapport with internal (Legal, Finance, Product, etc.) and external partners Comfort and experience with Excel and Powerpoint as analysis and presentation tools Experience with Slack, Jira (or other ticketing systems), and Salesforce a plus The Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
