You will be part of the Global Performance Enablement team reporting to the Director, Performance Enablement.What You Will Be Doing: Serve as a trusted partner in the employee experience by supporting staff in all aspects of performance enablementleading and owning the performance management approach for the organizationChampion a culture of high work performance by providing both hands-on support and thought partnership to employeesProvide recommendations to senior leadership and managers on the performance measures that should be integrated into the performance review processthat should be taken in response to individual needs Oversee the development ofSupport the performance review cycless, ensuring consistent, fair, and timely submissionsServe as an escalation point and provide senior leadership/managers guidance on complex matters related to career progressionProvides coaching to managers on how to engage in productive career conversationsOversee Support and participate in employee engagement initiatives that support the development of high-performing teamsBe able to apply organizational competencies, goals, KPIs, etc. to work performance conversations or related documentsLeverage KPIs and qualitative data to lead continuous process improvements efforts related to the employee experienceMaintain knowledge of educational, and professional development training available to support employees’ career growthStay abreast of industry-wide employee experience trends and leverage this knowledge to improve the experience and proactively reduce risk Lead other internal projects as neededWhat You Bring To The Table: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.At least 6 years of related, progressive professional experience, including 3+ years of experience working directly in performance management at a senior-level operations role supporting complex performance management cases and programs.Adept with using an HRIS for reporting and documentation.Stellar communication skills, conflict management, and resolution skills with experience in delivering sensitive messaging of all types to a wide variety of stakeholders.individuals.Results-driven ability with problem analysis and resolution skills.Practical understanding and experience across key HR functional areas, processes, and practices, including both technical and non-technical functions.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build trust with business leaders and colleagues, leading to productive and effective working relationships.Proven ability to work with all levels of the organization and across functional areas.Agile and able to adapt as projects and priorities change and able to remain composed, positive, and gritty in the face of any setbacks or challenges.Able to understand and appreciate different and opposing perspectives and to discover solutions and build consensus. Generous and open communication style.Our Compensation and Benefits ( for NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only)At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $100,400 -$184,000In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
