The roleThe EMEA Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for the delivery, development, and execution of demand generation programs that enable Workiva Partners to identify new sales opportunities, generate qualified pipeline, and drive Workiva revenue in EMEA. This is a pioneering role, which will build the foundations of Partner Marketing operations. It will help support the recruitment and leveraging of Workiva’s Partners by developing and implementing strategic co-marketing plans that support and enable the company revenue targets. This includes supporting scalable and localized marketing, sales, and technical readiness training.What You'll DoDefine EMEA-wide Partner Marketing strategy and Go-to-Market in conjunction with our EMEA Partner organization;Develop and document partner lead management strategies, work across teams to ensure processes are executed as designed;Build Partner marketing digital operations' strategy (social, events, campaigns) to connect programs to lead management system and maximize data capture across Workiva’s marketing systemsBecome the expert for EMEA Partner Marketing processes, requirements, and dependencies, drive alignment with Global Partner Marketing and cross-functional teams;Ensure mutual plans are created with all top Partners across EMEA, and work cross-functionally and through Partners for flawless execution;Create a cross-functional marketing plan to meet EMEA Partner objectives;Build and execute joint marketing campaigns with EMEA Partners that result in measurable pipeline growth;Actively provide input to EMEA Marketing and the Global Partner Marketing teams on requirements for future campaigns and infrastructure improvements;Take part in relevant EMEA/Global projects to further enhance partner marketing operations;Leverage insight and tools to assess the effectiveness of Partner marketing initiatives, collaborate with EMEA Marketing to plan and adjust accordingly;Lead Partner Marketing planning and Quarterly Business Review cadence sessions with regions and global team. Provide templates and data to support discussions, proactively schedule sessions for the year.What You'll NeedEducationUndergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.Experience:Minimum 4 years of industry experience, preferably on a creative or marketing teamExtensive B2B Tech marketing experience, with a focus on partner marketing;Experience in creating marketing campaigns aligned to business targets, supported clearly by joint value propositions;Expertise in creating ABM campaigns, with a proven track record.Fluent in both German and English languageSkills:Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and verbal;Strong presentation skills;Strong ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally;Metrics mindset with data and analytics skills;Team player with a proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams;Ability to operate in a fast-moving/dynamic environment.Fluency in English is required; fluency in Dutch, French, or German is preferredTravel Requirement:Up to 25% travelWorking Conditions:Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.#LI-REMOTEWhere You’ll WorkOur values drive how we work and who we hire.
