The Regional Marketing Manager - Spain is responsible for deploying and optimizing demand generation marketing programs across Spain leveraging the full marketing mix in support of Workiva’s revenue goals. The Regional Marketing Manager - Spain will collaborate closely with Campaign Marketing Managers to deliver strategic plans that support expansion across the region. This person will liaise closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnership and Customer Success teams to ensure successful delivery of demand generation programs. The Regional Marketing Manager will closely monitor and measure programs against key metrics, analyzing and reporting performance to Marketing and Sales leadership, along with recommendations for optimization.As a Regional Marketing Manager - Spain, you will have a strong focus on Account Based Marketing programs, with the ability to develop and execute strategies to support account-based selling, plus ensure that existing accounts are positioned for further growth.Considering the regional focus, candidates must have business level fluency in Spanish and English.ResponsibilitiesProvide visibility into the Spanish marketing program roadmap for EMEA.Work closely with the sales and inside sales teams to deliver customized pipeline generation programs.Oversee initiatives within the region and provide optimization recommendations to Campaign Marketing Managers.Coordinate multiple events and campaigns using the full marketing mix, ensuring their successful completion within tight deadlines.Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to tailor and deploy the EMEA Go-to-Market strategy effectively across the region.Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing to deploy digital programs that support regional expansion as part of the overall demand generation program.Identify opportunities to incorporate global programs and drive scalability in regional demand generation efforts.Track and manage the marketing budget for the region.Develop ROI and performance measurements for demand generation programs, report results to leadership, and make recommendations for improvement.What You’ll NeedEducationDegree in marketing, advertising, communications or similar area of study preferred, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience Experience4+ years of marketing experience with a focus on regional and field/demand generation marketing in Spain.
