The Enhanced Design Partner (EDP), Enterprise Partner Success Manager (“EPSM”) is responsible for driving high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention with our premier design partners. The EPSM acts as a trusted advisor to ensure design partners achieve their goals and expand their capabilities and resources with Workiva solutions and is keenly aware of their needs and challenges. The EPSM serves as a primary influencer in the definition and execution of design product adoption and growth success motions at Workiva. This role will work directly with our most strategic design agencies with the highest growth potential to enhance their overall experience with the product, and ultimately transform them to a successful reference agency. In collaboration with the agencies overall success team, the EPSM monitors agencies’ health, delivers agencies programs, and acts as the liaison between agency, partner and product teams. This role will have a primary focus on strategic connections with agencies, participating in executive reviews and influencing success plans.Responsibilities:​Develop joint strategic plans and partner scorecards for new and existing Design partners to drive ecosystem growth and maximize Workiva solution adoption and value.Collaborate with Enhanced Design Partner team and Design Partners to create and deliver enablement programs aligned with joint GTM strategies to increase design partner capability. Design and implement design partner enablement and awareness programs to promote platform adoption and successful customer delivery.Cultivate strong relationships with our emerging premier partner agencies to ensure Workiva teams have a deep understanding of the partner capabilities, partner deployment strategies and shared goals with Workiva.Work proactively with peers to meet premier Design Partners' needs and ensure effective collaboration with implementation partners.Monitor risks and blockers faced by premier design partners and gather feedback for enhanced partner performance.Assess Workiva certified staffing levels for premium design partners and oversee training resources as needed.Stay informed about partner program initiatives and delivery resources and communicate them to stakeholders.Collaborate with Enterprise CSMs to define customer expected outcomes and ensure value realization.Document feature/functionality for customer reference and communication with the CS Team.Proactively share new functionality and roadmap features with premium design partners.Participate in executive business reviews and contribute to success plans and technical health and satisfaction of partners.Serve as the primary communication channel from product to customer success.Influence product development strategy from feedback by design partners.Support partners post-onboarding and collaborate cross-functionally for successful deployment.Work closely with sales, support, services, and partner teams to ensure premium design partner success.Participate in ongoing reviews of Partner projects and create action plans for continuous growth.What You’ll Need Experience: 5+ years of experience in the Design industry with customer success, professional services management, consulting, or other relevant experience 5+ years of practical hands-on experience of design agency deliver to customers in ESG and GRC compliance areas preferred  Skills: Extensive knowledge Design solutionsPrevious Workiva platform experience highly desirable though not requiredSkilled at presenting complex solutions in an understandable manner. Analytical problem-solver, adept at identifying opportunities and providing creative solutions.Demonstrates high personal accountability, thrives independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities across multiple programsProficient in communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in an advisory capacity. Effective in relationship building, and influencing skills, to create strategic plans and align on goals and objectivesPassionate about customer success and tenacious at driving long-term customer valueHighly data-driven and detail-oriented, with a focus on customer engagement and value realization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including session leadership and webinar hosting. Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills.Travel Requirement Up to 25% travel Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva officeWhere You’ll WorkOur values drive how we work and who we hire.
