And we need you.As Business Management Analyst (m/f/d) for the Central Europe and Eastern Europe Market you will provide operational leadership to the Market Sales Leaders to drive sales growth and maximize sales performance. You are commercially aware, very organized and possess a high level of business acumen.You view yourself as a superior leader, with strong management skills. You possess excellent project management and communication skills and a sense of urgency. You are very experienced in producing Executive level reporting and have strong analytical skills.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to make a difference and add real value.This role reports into the BMS Lead in EMEA based in the Netherlands.What you’ll do:Sales Forecasting – you will lead the sales forecast for the Market, generating accurate forecasts as per the agreed regional & global requirements and cadence.Sales Intelligence – you will collaborate with your regional sales team to drive and maintain integrity in our CRM system, including master data and pipeline management. You will also ensure accuracy of sales-out measurements and participate in their improvement.Sales Process Improvement – you will contribute to the globally consistent management and development of sales tools and drive local adoption.Sales Reporting and Enablement – you will support the Market Sales leader and their sales management team with Quarterly Business Reviews and other sales operations activities to ensure that sales performance and operational goals are met.We’d love to hear from you if:You are educated to degree level (or equivalent)You have a minimum of 15 years’ experience working in Senior Sales Operations or Sales Finance roles in a Multinational Environment, with minimum 5 years of people-management experience.You have High-Tech industry experience working in companies that go-to-market through a complex distribution / reseller (or retailer) channel and familiar with common sales and reporting processes associated with this type of business.You possess Advanced User-oriented knowledge of Dynamics CRM and Advanced Excel skills.You are confident presenting analysis in a concise way to senior sales management teams.You are able to grow and manage a cross-functional network within an organization leveraging strong remote influencing skills.You can demonstrate that you can set priorities and deliver results under time pressure with limited supervision and deal with ambiguity.You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high-attention to detail.You are Hands-on, result-driven and “No-Nonsense” approach.You are Fluent in English (company language) and German and are a team player with strong sense of responsibility.Listed above you will find some things we think will be valuable, but we’re also open-minded.
