Recent Graduate Mechanical /Industrial Engineer - 3D Printing Parts Service Providers ProgramDescription -In this position, you will be part of the Parts Service Providers (PSP) Segment and Digital Manufacturing Network (DMN) team, within the WW 3D Printing Commercial Excellence group and you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to support the DMN customers growth – tracking the customers performance, gathering customer insights and helping the business producing reports describing the PSP segment’s performance fundamentals in numbers, along with the “story behind the numbers”. Areas of focus will be: Provide insights about current and future performance for the Segment and identify risks and upside to plan, providing with recommendations for the organization to deliver on financials commitments and market share objectives.Key responsibilities:Support business analysis, performance, and processes. Main responsibility is to analyse Parts Service Providers business performance, to provide customer insights linked to Product Management and the organization needs and follow up on actions to ensure customer volume usage growth. Work on monthly business performance analysis and prepare management quarterly business reviews or ad hoc requests when required.Participate in special projects to enhance the organization’s insights on MJF parts – Mystery shopping, Customer Segmentation, and other specific surveys. Drive process improvements/governance to increase efficiency and effectiveness on business analysis.Being part of a small team, being able to back-up one of the team members when needed as appropriate.
