Corrugated Post Print Territory Sales & Strategic Account Manager Americas RegionDescription -Reporting to the HP PageWide Industrial Corrugated Americas Sales lead, theCorrugated Post Print Territory Sales & Strategic Account Manager will initiate and drive both new and existing sales engagements in the assigned geographies and targeted corrugated packaging accounts ensuring a high conversion to net new business.This is a senior position, so likely the ideal candidate will already be known at that level in the major strategic corrugated accounts and be highly respected in the corrugated industry. The candidate should have a mastery and authority on relevant subject matter including the workflow, stages and economics in a box plant environment, and current and future corrugated technologies.Familiarity of selling high-end capital goods solutions into complex environments is essential in addition to demonstrating a mature solutions selling/consultative approach to ensure HP Products and Services accurately address the customer´s business needs. The ideal candidate will be able to sell end-to-end solutions that drive a business transformation from analogue to digital adoption of HP Corrugated print solutions in chosen countriesEducation and Experience Required: Typically, 12+ years of professional experience in the corrugated business with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.Demonstrated Management/ Team leadership experience.University Degree (Business, Marketing, Finance) or other advanced qualification is preferred.Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrable work experience and knowledge gained in a Corrugated plant environmentProven track record in selling high-end capital goods in complex multidimensional environmentsBusiness, Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally.Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.Negotiation skills and ability to frame product value propositions to customers/partners.Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, supply chain, marketing).You feel that you are the perfect match? The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $204,250.00 -- $230,000.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity.
