Supplier Quality EngineerDescription -What a Supplier Quality Engineer does at HP:Implement & manage Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) Supplier Quality Management systemManage the ODM Supplier Quality metrics & improve ODM Supplier Quality to ensure zero Quality excursion and continuous Quality improvement with process controlsWith the ODM SQE Team; Perform deep dive Process Engineering Audits, identify systemic weaknesses and drive Suppliers for process improvement initiativesDrive Best Practices standardization across ODM managed Suppliers.Lead in improving Supplier Quality Management for all ODM’s supplierAct as Supplier Quality Engineering Consultant to all ODM’s supplierIndividuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess: Fluent in English is a must.Proficiency in Chinese language is a plus point.Willing to stay/relocated to Chonburi Area.Mechanical Engineering degree is highly preferred. Graduate degree is a plus.Extensive working experience in mechanical part design and tooling engineer in laptop industry is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of working experiences and strong knowledge related to the manufacturing, design, and Mechanical/Electrical components.Strong background in industry relative processSix Sigma Green Belt certification desired.
