Wsparcia TechnicznegoDescription -We are looking for Technical Support Engineer - speaking English and German or French providing 2nd Level technical support on Poly | HP range of conferencing products, working as part of the global Customer Care Center, supporting customers and channel partners on escalated product issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Your day to day2nd level technical support in a TSE (Technical Support Engineer) roleProvide regular customer and internal updates on escalated casesEscalate cases to the higher/engineering level.Maintain technical competency on the product range.Maintain appropriate certification levels relevant to the position. Mentor Technical Support Representatives (TSR’s) with potential to become TSE’sProactively opt-in to collaborate when requests for help are raised by TSR’s/TSE’sWhat you bring to the team Experience of working in customer facing technical support environment.Detailed knowledge of IP networks (CCNA/CCNP a plus),Good knowledge of video and/or audio across IP(primarily SIP/H.323)Knowledge of audio and/or video conferencing/equipment/industry standards which apply in complex multivendor environments. (Videoconferencing and/or VoIP certification a plus). Knowledge of Unix/VMs/Microsoft technologies such as Server OS/AD/Exchange. In addition, experience of Microsoft Teams or any other VC platform is a plus.Experience with using Wireshark for troubleshootingPersonal AttributesFluent English (must be conversant in technical English) required.
