In this department, we are looking for a Retail and Industry Solutions Business Development Specialist for Italy. In this position, you will develop and drive sales for Retail and Industry Solutions products. Product specializations include Retail POS, Mobile POS, POS Accessories, OEM Equipment and Services.As a Business Development Specialist, you will:Establish a professional-client relationship with C-level executives in key retail partners and accountsLead development of partner ecosystem within the territory, which includes identification, recruitment, and ongoing relationship management with key ISV, reseller, services, and distribution partners.Establishes and maintains account plans to promote sales growthDefines which partners and distributors to focus on and to recruit to expand our businessPromotes HP offerings to become a key part of the partner's/account's business and solutions; May be brought by a partner to sell HP brand to end-customersBe the expert to the partner/account regarding Retail and Industry products, services, and software transitions, promotions, and configurations.Develops long term sales pipeline to increase HP's market share and meet/exceed pre-defined revenue and targets.Actively engages HP resources and senior executives to build strategic relationships with partners, which ensures long-term business opportunities for HP.Develop expertise of the competitive situation within the territory; provide inputs regularly to Europe Middle East and Africa teams on business or technical requirements and competitive situation within the territory.Provide specialist support to local Generalist Partner Account Managers in Retail POS deals.Collaborates with local management and sales teams in shared accounts to ensure seamless integration of specialist sales with other sales activities.Cultivates & maintains positive relationships with customers to ensure account retention & growth, and position HP as the preferred vendor for meeting all business needs.Ensure compliance with legal and SBC practices.Follow order management to ensure escalations on orders are processed, as needed, to ensure timely delivery.Join us if you have:More than five years of selling experience at the end-user account and partner levelFluent language skills in Italian and English.Experience in selling to partners and end-users in a complex environmentAbility to motivate a team and partner's sales force.Positive, can-do attitude.Good understanding of the Retail Point of Sales industry.Hunting skills.Leadership skills and initiative in successfully driving sales in accounts - prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.Strategic planning skills on a business development levelThorough understanding of pipeline management discipline and ability to explain benefits to partners/other sales teams' members.Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customer, and higher-level customer interface.Experience in establishing a professional working relationship, up to the executive level, with the client.Maintain expertise of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partner/ISV solutions.What do we offer?Due to extensive social benefits, flexible working hours, a competitive salary, and shared values, HP is one of the worlds' most attractive employers.If you are looking for challenges in a pleasant and international work environment, then we have to get to know each other.
