And we need you.As a Strategic Business Development Manager in the NorthWest Europe Category Team, you will be responsible for driving Enterprise headset category across the UK and Ireland, growing market share by defending key accounts, growing potential business and acquiring new business. The role will require you to work as an overlay with our hi touch and channel sales teams as well as channel partners – leading end user customers to our solution and differentiating Poly in the marketplace.What you’ll do:Owns the Headset Enterprise category business plan – and its sales and marketing implementation across different route to marketIdentify key ‘win back’ accounts and work alongside the relevant sales account manager to develop a win back strategy.Be the centre of competence for Enterprise category sales and coach the sales teams to prospect and sell.Developing the framework for success with commercial partners and End user customersConduct existing pipeline reviews with the sales team and identify opportunities to add headsets – upsell to full portfolio.Identify/re-establish Top ‘Enterprise’ growth accountsDrive strategy and action plan to retain existing business, grow development accounts and add new business.Work with the channel team and partners to identify and create opportunities to drive sales from the Enterprise categoryWork with Sales & Marketing to build compelling channel offers for Enterprise headsetsAlign with Alliances team to ensure ‘mindshare’ for Enterprise portfolioDeep understanding of the category product, business management and sales challenges and strategies.Responsible for accurate forecasting and business management across a number of metrics (revenue, share, margin)Ensure availability in product line-ups and responsiveness to dynamically changing seasonal requirements and competitive market pressures.Launching profitable, Time-to-Market product roadmaps and managing life cycle through End-of-Life.Take responsibility for the Enterprise business in region and ensure that a reliable forecast is delivered via the sales teams.Collaborate effectively with the sales team to build a successful Enterprise sales model.Promote and raise the profile of the Poly solution offerings, ensuring that the company achieves positive brand equity and captures market/mind share.Knowledge and skillsExperience of working in an overlay role or demonstrable evidence of being a collaborative team player/coach.Extensive experience interfacing with large end users and channel partners in selling activitiesExperience utilising channels as fulfilment vehicles as well as paths to marketExperience in selling to partners in a complex environment.Experience in B2B Marketing, budget planning & alliance partner managementDemonstrated success in driving relationships which encompass a multi-vendor solutionSuccessful track record in Enterprise headset sales and/or an understanding of that market.Strong Category Management and sales skills, P&L acumen and strong analytical abilities (Excel proficiency critical)Typically, 10+ years of Corporate Sales experience, business development or sales in the IT businessHigh energy, strong prospecting, qualifying and closing skillsExpert communication, presentation, and time management skillsMust work successfully in a remote, globally distributed work environmentProcess orientated with an eye for detail and understanding key business reportingStrong analytical capabilities with an ability to process and retain large amounts of information;Able to prioritize daily tasks without compromising key SLA’s or customer satisfactionExperience effectively influencing and inspiring others to achieve a common goalTeamwork, strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and leadershipOperational excellence: 100% Transparency, solution oriented, data driven, positive mindsetThrive at HP Poly because you are joining:A global team, united by our innovative products, making an impact toward creating amazing new ways to hear, to see, to work, and to work together.A company who believes a distributed workforce is the present and the future.
