The candidate will be responsible for defining customer-oriented end-to-end digital solutions focused on bringing product/service offerings to market in support of the HPWS business functions. This role will work in tight partnership with the HPWS Business, Commercial Organization, Business Technology, and other functions/organizations, in identifying high-value opportunities to explore, adopt, and use integrated and innovative end-to-end digital solutions, leveraging existing and new platforms and tools.The ideal candidate would have hands-on software development, architecture & design and would require a balance of business process and product-centric technical expertise and the ability to navigate complex solutions with multiple platforms, systems, and teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with experience architects to define, update, and re-imagine touchpoints across the impacted customer journeyPartner with process architects on identifying and improving the various processes that are tied to the go-to-market value chains and customer journeysDefine and drive the end-to-end customer-oriented technical solution architecture for enterprise enablement in partnership with various domain and application architectsPartner with the service product managers, go-to-market teams, customer, sales support teams and solution managers to ensure a robust architectural runway that can support future business requirements throughout the offering lifecycleDefine and guide strategic and transitional architecture solutions aligned to the business outcomes of the various service and product offeringsIdentify and resolve technical pain points across the go-to-market value chains of the key business functions within HPWSIdentify and leverage opportunities for emerging technologies and fundamentally different and efficient solutions of go-to-market capabilitiesCollaborate extensively with HPWS business, Business Technology, Sales Operations, and various product teams to define solutions that drive the overall business outcomesProvide technical guidance and support to solution delivery teams throughout the initiative lifecycle around design, platforms, emerging technologies, etc.Ensure standards and best practices are being followed as part of the implementation of the solutionsResponsible for project design deliverablesAssess the technical impact of multiple technologies/strategiesIdentify and address technical or operational risksEducation, Experience, Skills and Knowledge RequiredBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.5 years of software design and development experienceExperience in designing, implementing, and deploying scalable and performant web applications at regional/global scaleExperience in solutioning complex and challenging business requirements and digitizing complex end-to-end business flows and processesExperience and/or exposure to process mapping and reengineering activitiesExperience and proficiency in waterfall and agile development methodologiesExperience and proficiency in program and design tools and applicationsAbility to understand customer business challenges, convert them into clear problem statements and well-articulated system designs & solutions to resolve and/or enable business growthAbility to communicate and synthesize business requirements into actionable architecture solutionsIs aware of future technology or operational trends as they relate to and support customer technical requirementsDemonstrates a good knowledge across multiple technical or operational disciplinesIs a master of one or more technical or operational disciplinesAbility to design planning for accessibility, scalability, and availabilityAbility to write Design documents and Statements of Work for small to medium size solutions for single technologies or operational areasAbility to apply program/project management methods and processes to define, plan, cost, resource, track and ensure the accomplishment of targeted goals for projectsAbility to lead a team.
