Transformation Change ManagerDescription -Transformation is a core element of the HP strategy and requires considerable engagement with all levels of the organization to drive multiple complex, cross-organizational projects in parallel. This role is for a Master Level Change Management Lead that will be accountable for managing the progress of Change Management from planning and business case creation to delivery of benefits and will be accountable for supporting or leading a portfolio of complex, cross-organizational initiatives.    ResponsibilitiesProvide Change Management leadership for the critical transformation efforts in business units and functionsPartner closely with HP's global change leaders to build and deliver change strategies, programs, and tactics to accelerate, deliver and sustain desired business outcomesCoach business leaders, stakeholders, or project leaders on various aspects of leading and managing through changeProvide guidance on approaches or solutions to resolving roadblocks and potential areas of resistanceCollaborate with members of the Transformation Management Office to support the development, reviews, and implementation of the Change plansBe an ambassador for strengthening HP’s Change Management practices and cultureConsult with the TMO Change Leadership and Change community leader to increase Change skills and culture across HPParticipate in the Change community program, sharing your insights and experiences in Change management to help other Change practitioners or recommending resources availableBe a visible and vocal speaker within the Change communityRecognized as a Change Management subject matter expert and skills coachPartner closely with the TMO Project Management TeamServe as a trusted advisor to executive levels of the organizationQualifications:Subject matter expert in change capabilitiesProven experience in developing and maintaining Change Management plans across multiple functions to deliver sustained outcomes specified in the original business caseDemonstrated ability to build strong working partnerships with your stakeholders and influence across many different levels within the businessExperience leading and/or supporting organizational change and transformation for large scale global projectsAbility to engage and influence people at all levels, including senior leadershipEffective communicator across multiple levels of employees and leadersProject planning development from discovery through deployment First Level University degree with advanced University degree preferredProsci Change Practitioner certified or willingness to attain certification5+ years in Change Management role or in similar roles/businesses#LI-POSTJob -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Not SpecifiedRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
