We are looking for an individual who understands and has end to end experience with SAP S4 Service with focus on Service Contract Management, equipment master data, service order management, billing, pricing, controlling, and financials. This individual must be an enthusiastic professional with flexible and diverse technical ability, good interpersonal skills, and someone who enjoys working in a cohesive and collaborative team. We are looking for a team player and leader, with strong functional & technical S4/Hana Services knowledge, process, analytical, and communication skills, who is confident operating in a cross-cultural and geographically dispersed environment. Solid understanding of Billing models, Solution Quotation, Contract Management, Order Management, Invoicing, and Financial reconciliation is required. Experience with different payment methods such as types of charging options credit card, direct debit, POs, etcAdditionally, good background in Service Orientated Architecture and Web Services.Key needs:Solid understanding and experience of SAP S4 HANA SCM (Service Contract Management)Solid understanding and experience of SAP S4 HANA SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)Implementation and Configuration: Lead or participate in SAP SCM / SAP SD implementation projects, including gathering and analysing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring the modules, and ensuring successful system go-live.Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their contractual, sales and distribution processes, identify gaps, and propose system enhancements or process improvements to optimize business operations.Order Management: Configure and customize the SAP SD module to support order management processes, including sales order creation, pricing, availability checks, delivery, and invoicing.Pricing and Revenue Management: Define pricing procedures, conditions, and pricing rules to support complex pricing structures. Configure and maintain pricing conditions, discounts, and promotions in the system.Delivery and Logistics: Configure and optimize the SAP SD module to handle delivery processes, transportation planning, and logistics execution. Collaborate with the logistics team to integrate SD with other modules such as Warehouse Management (WM) and Transportation Management (TM).Financials (FI) Design and configure SAP S/4HANA FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR).Integration and Interfaces: Work closely with other SAP modules (e.g., CI, FI/CA) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across the system. Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test interfaces with external systems.System Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay up-to-date with SAP SD functionality and industry best practices. Collaborate with the SAP Basis and ABAP teams to perform system upgrades, apply patches, and implement new SAP SD features and enhancements.If you have solid experience with SAP S4/Hana SCM and SD solution, you will have a chance to:Contribute functional knowledge expertise to design, develop, and implement integrated IT / business solutions focused primarily around the SAP suite of applications.Lead and collaborate across businesses and IT and work with the Architects to ensure that technical design meets the overall architecture for the solution, business requirements, IT standards and best practices.Collaborate and drive the work packages involving development, testing, documentation and implementation of IT solutions across different BusinessesFollow project management methodology (including Agile and Waterfall, etc) and ensure the timely delivery of solutions.Ability to define detailed estimates and scenarios for SAP Contracts implementations, rollout and support engagements/needsLead and participate on Global initiatives to develop processes, standards and ensure effective adoption of the standards across all development on the SAP PlatformEffectively work across other organizations/vendors supporting HP to drive appropriate IT solutions. Also, work with other departments to identify, analyze and resolve problems.Ability to work with third party System Integration partners, including close collaboration, sharing of information, learning from experts and taking on future development and configuration of the implemented systemWork in a self-directed environment where strong teamwork, individual initiatives and accountability are highly valued.Qualifications, Education and Experience:Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT or a related fieldPrefer 4-6 years of SAP S4/Hana Service solution experience.Prefer 4-6 years of SAP S4 HANA SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) experience.Prefer 4-6 years of Billing and Payment models/technologiesExperience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation activitiesExperience with project management methodologies - Agile, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) including business process analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, training, documentation, etcMust be competent in using software development tools such as Eclipse & SOLMAN.Experience in development life cycle, release management and quality management processWork effectively in geographically dispersed teamsStrong relationships attributes working with Mid-Level or Senior technical leaders and different levels of leadership/management.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
