Logistics Project Manager - Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ)Description -Act as a Project lead for Logistics related project/workstream/deliverables (can be standalone or part of a broader program). Scope can be global, regional or at country level.Domain includes setting up new logistics capabilities from many aspects - logistics warehouse/network/new partner onboarding for all mode of transport - process, system, network, partners capabilities etc.Responsibilities: Drive project independently and be able to control timeline/resource/scope to meet project goals. Prepare, Implement and stabilize project prior to handover to operation. Obtain sign-off based on project completed milestone from core team and stakeholders.Independently identifies solutions to common and complex issues within a project, by applying strong understanding of supply chain.Interprets data to identify major conclusions and formulate summaries.Acts as a peer leader on a cross functional project team.Owns decision-making within projects and contributes to strategic supply chain solutions to managers.Acts as a resource to other business units for issues on supply chain.Education and Experience Required: First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.Typically 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function.Knowledge and Skills: Strong will to win and exhibit strong accountability to deliver project/deliverables.Very strong analytical skills.Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and high-level modeling tools.Very strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.Demonstrated team and project management skills.Developed business acumen, including understanding of HP's overall business model.Job -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (India)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
