PC Services Delivery Project ManagerDescription -Our organization:HP is accelerating on Services, with now a dedicated business unit. Our organization (Customer Support and Service Delivery) is the powerhouse behind these services.Our team (Services Delivery Capability team) plays a key role in the design of these services with the Business Unit and we are responsible of developing and optimizing how they are delivered. These are the services sold to our Device-As-A-Service/DaaS (PC) and Managed Print customers. We are basically the “R&D of services”. Our jobs are exciting, and we benefit from being a group of very diverse and passionate service designers, who uses deep and empathetic understanding of our customer needs… and an expert knowledge of HP operational capabilities.Job specifics/responsibilities:Our core activity is to develop and optimize delivery capabilities to propose new services for DaaS contractual customers.She/he leads the development of service concepts, blueprints, customer journeys and other service design artefacts. She/he is responsible for identifying, designing, implementing, and improving ITIL based delivery processes for this capability.As such, she/he frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. She/he works with our different operations organizations to make it happen.She/he is expected to provide consulting on services and capabilities integration within HP tools such as ITSM and CDAXEducation (degree) and professional experience required:Engineering or Master degreeService background:ITIL certifiedExperience in IT workplace services: break-fix/maintenance, fleet mgt, hardware and software configuration mgtExperience in service design, alternatively service management or service operationsExperience of CSSD Contractual architecture (HP Tools (CDAX (MS Dynamics), ITSM (ServiceNow), S4 etc) and processes)ServiceNow certifications would be a plusProject managementPMP certification welcomed.5+ years in project management roles, ideally with IT developments/dependencies.Cross-functional and multi-country working experiencePersonal skills and qualities:Excellent Presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills and facilitation skills.Strategic thinking.
