Partner Management Program LeadDescription -Partner management is a critical function within CREWS as we have over 5,000 CW's performing facilities work and security at our sites globally. We are looking for a high energy and proven leader for our CREWS partner management position. Someone who relishes the challenge of making ambitious goals a reality with a combination of personal drive, excellent relationship management, and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will have total accountability for partner/service provider performance across multiple different functions in CREWSResponsibilitiesManages the overall relationship with key partners/service providers and ensures that contractual obligations are aligned between the partner and HPLeads the Global partners Governance program; partners with internal teams to establish the metrics required to measure partners/service providers performance globally and recommends the go-forward strategy to monitor and address performance gaps.Negotiates terms of partnership agreements in collaboration with HP procurement teams, to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefitting from the relationshipResponsible for ensuring processes are in place to support validation of services rendered and accurate invoicingManages existing strategic partnerships by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflictsDrives financial rigor – forecasting/budgeting process collaborating with Internal Finance team and partners/service providers.Works with partners/service providers to determine industry best practices and new technologies that should be implemented at HPHosts a quarterly business review with all partners/ service providers to help drive continuous improvement.Program management skills; Drive Operational excellence savings working with Partners and Regional HP teamsKnowledge & SkillsExperience of managing highly complex business partner relationships from RFI to RFQ, to contract negotiation, to operational contact compliance management.Financial Acumen – Unique mastery in operational cost management and cost structure analysisWorking knowledge of process improvement tools such as LSS, PM, and 4DX.Advanced data analytic skillsAbility to communicate effectively to all levels of management from individuals  to senior executives.Strong collaboration mindset in supporting internal customers to meet their business objectives.Act as a mentor to team members in navigating thru ambiguity and dynamic business environmentEducation:First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.Experience in managing outsourced service suppliers and driving supplier excellence is a basic requirement for the roleTypically 12+ years of experience in a business or facilities-related function and demonstrated capabilities in areas of expertise.Job -Corporate AdministrationSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -25%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
