P3D WW Services DirectorDescription -We are looking for a 3D Printing Service Director to lead the e2e aspects of the service business for 3D, today representing about 30% of the business revenue and a key driver of the customer experience.  This is role belongs to one of the most exciting technologies and innovative business at HP! Our charter is to please our customers by delivering top quality services to lead the Digital Manufacturing market  You will lead a large team of 200+ HP and CW and broad functions within a multidisciplinary organization.  You will be responsible for operational success, strategic alignment and integration of activities with other major organizational functions (GTM and GBU). You will be fully accountable for the success of the organization, set strategy, policy and direction and be responsible for the delivery an accosts and co-lead the revenue part of services.  You will be a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction  Reporting to the Customer Support & Operations VP, you will be a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business.  Responsibilities Deliver best in class customers experience and grow TCE/NSP Deliver best in class Service Operations Manage multidisciplinary organization with 200+ HP and CW employees Integrate P&L for services across teams, with close to ~$50M USD in revenue Provide leadership in the development and execution of service segment strategies and delivery capabilities at the region. Accountable for leading an organization of managers and individual contributors by setting overall initiatives, allocating financial and human capital for programs and solutions, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of the services segment business. Works to develop and implement services, solutions, or programs that fuel profitable growth, while also meeting emerging customer/market needs. Develops forecasts of the service’s resource requirements and the processes/tools needed to support service delivery. Evaluates business performance, monitors market trends, analyses competitors’ offerings, and solicits input from clients, partners and sales teams. Implements corrections, cost reductions and incremental growth actions to achieve revenue, profit and/or TCE goals. Effectively partners with Sales, Marketing and other Services organizations, providing overall thought leadership specific to service segment. Leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, procedures, and policies; identifies consequences of decisions on a regional or global level and recommends appropriate solutions and areas for improvement. Consults with business leaders at the EXEC level to drive and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope (e.g., mitigating risk, approving significant programs/deals). Ensures that the service segment strategies and initiatives within area of accountability are integrated with corporate and business strategies. Integrate ALL functions required to drive the Services business, that could be solid or dotted line and will include Product Management, Finance, Spare parts organization, delivery, Sales for services, channel programs and Customer assurance amongst others.  You will own the leadership forum governance that will drive the services business.   Education and Experience Required Advanced degree strongly preferred. Typically, 14+ years of experience in Service Business Management or exhibiting an exceptionally strong background in some other relevant and applicable area of business. Typically, 4+ years of people management experience.  Knowledge and Skills Superior ability to provide service business management consultation to senior managers within area of expertise. Superior market knowledge.
