サービスプログラム担当 / Services Program EngineerDescription -【業務内容】HPのSCM事業部に属します。HPのPCをご購入いただいた、法人顧客に対してPC納入前のイメージング開発、BIOS設定、セットアップ等の設定をお客様とディスカッションしながら進めていただくプロジェクトマネージャーのポジションになります。===============================================================1.顧客ニーズに対応した様々なHPPCを中心としたソリューションのプロジェクトの管理。2.顧客のニーズに対応するための適切なサービスとソリューションを確定するために、営業、カテゴリチームに対してにコンサルティング3.社内の他部署のチームと協業し、プロセスのステップとタイムラインの管理4.Requests for Proposals (RFPs) を策定し、顧客とHP社内チームと一緒に設計をエンジニアリングし、リスク等の管理5.Subject Matter Expert (SME) として、環境設定サービスやプロセスのガイダンスを提供。エンジニアリングソリューションの提供。6.関連するチームと、顧客の要件が実現可能かどうかの協議を実施7. Lead multiple engineering & tech consulting projects from engaging sales and receiving customers' customised services requirements as part of overall end to end customers’ requirement gathering process before handing off to allow final orderability, meeting overall TAT and quality goals. Area of work revolves around the customization of PC with services to meet their unique requirements.2. Provide consultancy to the sales, category team on identifying the right services and solutions according to customers' requests.3. Involve the right stakeholders, set the right expectations, communicate process steps and timelines.4. Participate in Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Solution, engineering Design with customer and HP teams, assist in opportunity qualification and risk assessment.5. Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing guidance related to configuration services and engagement process. Provide Engineering solutions to projects.6. Run feasibility with relevant teams to find out if the customer`s requirements are feasible.7. Drive and coordinate the services delivery with WW Engineering team, Product Data team, and factory teams8. Track the details about the project progress, drive the communication with Supply Chain Services PM, customers and sales.9. Coordinate the proof of concept with the customer and factory if needed.10. Manage escalations effectively (if a technical problem, delay or customer escalation) by driving the resolution plans Requirements· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computing, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent field· Able to converse & write in both Japanese & English mandatory. Additional languages would be an advantage.· Strong leadership skills (driving attitude, results-oriented, proactive follow-up).· Demonstrated strong planning, organizational & time management skills.· Ability to effectively and proactively communicate plans, proposals and get results. · Strong technical understanding of computing system administration, software packaging, and deployment methodologies.· Proficiency in operating system deployment tools such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Windows Deployment Services (WDS), or equivalent tools for other platforms.· Knowledge in or possess Modern Devices Management related certification such as Modern Desktop Administrator Associate from Microsoft· Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to automate deployment tasks· Knowledge of enterprise security practices and the ability to incorporate them into OS images.· Certification in relevant technologies such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, etc.· Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) will have an advantage during the hiring process.· Demonstrates and proven ability to work well with sales & customers including experience in close collaboration are essential.· Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to learn quickly would be deemed as an asset.
