HR Services and Talent Acquisition ConsultantDescription -This is a unique double hat role for the Human Resources department in Italy within an international team! As an HR Services consultant you will deliver a first-class employee life-cycle HR service experience to Italy HP employees by utilizing a digital HR support model/experience via end-to-end operational services. You will identify emerging applications and drive process improvements and simplification that supports business and people strategy. You will consult with HR partners and businesses to plan, develop and implement HR IT solutions to meet organizational requirements.As a Talent Acquisition consultant, you will be building a strategic relationship with hiring managers, understanding their hiring needs, identifying the best talent attraction solution in acquiring the best candidates, and design employer branding strategies.In your role, you will:Provide support and process HR activities from employee‘s hire to retirement via automation, simplification, and continuous process improvement.Contribute to educating HR generalists, people managers and employees on practices and tools to encourage them to resolve issues on their own through HR Systems and platforms.Initiate, review, and approve daily HR System transactions ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.Prepare HR related legal documents (i.e., employment letter, employment contracts, job change addendums, document related to Termination etc.).Manage employee records (including electronic files and ensures information is accurate and up-to-date) and support audits, government surveys and reporting. Identify trends based on data analysis and recommend areas for process improvements.Provide coaching and guidance on HR processes. Drive achievement of the hiring targets for Italy, including time to fill, cost per hire, university hiring, diversity goals and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.Manage the beginning to end staffing process in Italy; support implementation of sourcing strategies, screen candidates, provide a short list of candidates, coordinate interviews, create offer letters, and facilitate relocation.Knowledge and Skills:Strong customer focus while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.Solid analytical and problem solving skills.Solid communication skills in both Italian and English languages catered to a wide variety of audiences (written and verbal).Solid understanding of HR programs, policies and processes.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and demonstrated competence.
