Service Segment ManagerDescription -Job descriptionAs the Strategic Program Manager for the Print Transactional Quality & Lifecycle team, this person will work directly with the Print TC director and staff.  The Print TC team has broad reach and influence across the commercial organization and print GBUs.  This person will need to represent the charter and priorities of the team as we evolve our product lifecycle and quality management to be even more focused on the customer support experience.  This will require strong organizational skills and the ability to develop and deliver communications to executive audiences.Responsibilities: Liaison among Transactional Category L4 planningManages print Transactional Category PMO structure/reportingSupports staff-level deliverables to L3Manages operational HC and spend to budget performanceLeads print Transactional Category people programsLeads Print Transactional Category evolution from Quality Management to End 2 End product support experience management.Knowledge and SkillsFluent in program and project management practicesMastery of executive communication to create or coach others in written communications and visual presentationsAbility to work as a team with peers and leadershipDemonstrates growth mindset thinking in a rapidly evolving environmentEducation and ExperienceFirst level university degree; advanced university degree or equivalent experience preferredTechnical communication degree or certificate will be a plusPMP, Agile or other project management certification will be a plus【応募書類】職務経歴書（日英）#Post-LIJob -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Japan)Travel -50%Relocation -YesEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
