Renew Solutions Sales Account Manager for Refurbished HP ProductsDescription -Business Planning Manager IIApplies advanced subject matter knowledge for dispositioning returned and EOL HP products while maximizing the value recovery. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, understanding the risk vs. reward impact, and a wide-ranging comprehension of HP’s product lines, global trading regulations, operational processes, and market conditions. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives such as working closely with HP remanufacturing operations to determine what products should be processed as refurbished versus as-is. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization and maintains close relationships with Renew channel partners.  This resource will also perform periodic analysis of customer activity and adjust the installed base as needed.Responsibilities: Leads a broad range of complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning (SOP), specifically related to the auction business of HP Renew products with the objective of maximizing resell price while also considering regulatory constraints.Work with the remanufacturing operations team to identify opportunities on any issues that may arise, including cosmetic and functional quality, packaging, product descriptions, warranty entitlements, O/S transitions, and other opportunities or MIB initiativesRegular contact with commission agent and works independently to execute complex sales activitiesIdentify and resolve customer-related issuesEnsure E2E customer order management is properly executed by SCOAH teamsPartners with global business units and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.Leads cross-functional regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance the current business processes.Defines and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement actions to address.Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.Communicates to the regional and global business unit planning teams for rebalancing and returns avoidance opportunities and quarterly performance.Adjust the Renew channel partner base as neededEnsure customer satisfaction with the HP Renew brandEducation and Experience Required: First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.Typically 6-8 years of experience in a supply chain function.Experience in more than one supply chain function.Knowledge and Skills: Excellent understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.Excellent communication and influencing skills; mastery of English and local language.Excellent internal and external relationship management skills.Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling.Very Strong project management skills, with the capability to manage cross-functional teams in multiple geographies.Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within the area of responsibility.Very strong understanding of HP's overall supply chain strategy.Excellent understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), ATP, and master scheduling.Excellent understanding of national and international trade requirements to align customs/trade functions with business objectives.Thorough knowledge of inventory modeling and analysis.Strong leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management.Excellent understanding of developing and managing a trade compliance program.We’re looking for visionaries who are ready to make an impact on the way the world works.
