Programmatic Manager - EMEADescription -The HP in-house media team is responsible for planning, buying, and optimizing programmatic, paid social, search and retail media campaigns leveraging multiple DSPs and ad platforms. In EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), this team covers more than 30 markets. It was launched in 2020 and since then it has been recognized with various industry awards.Part of the broad HP in-house media, our Programmatic media team is currently looking for an EMEA Programmatic Manager. For this role you should have deep expertise in data-driven programmatic advertising. But also have a growth mindset, always keen to explore new solutions and trends, pushing the boundaries of programmatic media space. Key responsibilities:Develop the programmatic media strategy and execution for one of our market clusters & business unit within the EMEA region. Work closely with Marketing stakeholders, to translate media briefs into tactical plans maintaining alignment with the overall media strategy across all channels.Assure programmatic media execution across our key DSP partners follows best in class practices and assure HPs advertising is as effective as possible.Navigation of consumer and commercial audience datasets from various sources (2nd party data, CRM, …) and their application.Collaborate with the broader media team promoting data-driven advertising by continuously exploration and extraction of insights from campaigns.Pursue innovation and trends on the programmatic media space. With the possibility to lead initiatives and projects that support the development of such trends. Requirements:Min 4+ years of experience in a media agency or similar environment (planning and activating campaigns on the advertiser side)Working knowledge of The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP (Google Ads and other DSPs will also be valued).A strong handle of the digital advertising workflow: planning, activation, measurement, optimization, and testing methods.Advanced Excel/Data handling capabilities. Valued but not required, knowledge or experience of other reporting and data visualization tools (Datorama, Datastudio/Looker, Tableau …).Experience working with verification partners such as Integral Ad Science, Double Verify, and Moat.Valued but not required, knowledge of Ad Ops tools (Campaign Manager, Tag Manager) processes (tagging and pixels) and Web Analytics solutions (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).Teamwork oriented and enjoys working closely with others.Comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders and ability to influence them.Fluency in English (other languages will be a plus).What we offer:Integration in broad and recognized team of media experts in EMEA and WWDiverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
