HR Business Partner, Supply Chain OperationsDescription -What a HR Business Partner, Supply Chain Operations does at HP:As a HR Business Partner within the Supply Chain team, you will partner with the business to drive the people and talent agenda for our Thailand Factory Operations. You will be the strategic business partner to the factory leadership team with more than 100+ Supply Chain professionals based in Thailand, Bangkok & Chon Buri. As a vital member, you will have the opportunities to work on high priority, factory transformative initiatives.HPs Supply Chain has consistently been ranked one of the top 25 Supply Chain’s in the world. It is an exciting and complex network of suppliers, manufacturing partners, and logistic providers. HP manufactures and ships more than 2 PC’s and 1 Printer every second. As a member of the Supply Chain HR Team, you will help identify the long-term people strategy to support the Thailand factory as our Site HR lead. Top priorities include:Leads the Full spectrum of HR service especially HR operation supporting the Supply Chain Operations, Factory and function teams and our Thailand site employees.Partners with Global and local HR leaders on priority factory projects that support organization- wide transformation initiatives.Manage recruitment / hiring process and manpower planning as forecast.Conduct training and career development programs for employee career growth and succession plans. Handle performance management.Assesses HR implications of the business strategy, identifies opportunities to further meet business needs, and designs solutions.Establishes and maintains strong relationships with Supply Chain operation factory functional leaders and key business. Uses deep business or function knowledge to execute a wide spectrum of HR People programs.Coach senior leadership within the business or function on all matters with an impact on our Factory Operations employees.Leads as a legal consultant in issues related with legal checks to ensure low risk, representing Supply Chain operations in partnership with Thailand country HR.Develop the workforce of the future – new skill development, new ways of working.Talent leadership – succession planning and diversity.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Minimum Degree in HR related studiesMinimum 5 years of experience in multiple HR Generalist/ Business Partnering roleDemonstrated experience driving organizational change initiatives, developing workforce factory plans, and influencing business leaders to impact business outcomes with a significant impact on the overall employee experience.Experience partnering with senior managers to deliver HR solutions is required.Factory/ Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.Excellent written and verbal skills.
